When you request a quote

3 Hills Auto Spa LLC collects the contact details, vehicle information, service location, preferences, notes and optional vehicle photos you submit. We use them to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange services and maintain customer records. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment.

Hosting and email alerts

Our website and request database are hosted on OVHcloud. Resend sends booking alerts to our business email account, which is accessed through Gmail. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Website server logs can include IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps for operation and troubleshooting.

Cookies and outside links

This website uses an essential session cookie when the owner signs in to the private dashboard. We have not added advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Following an outside link may take you to a provider with its own privacy practices.

Storage and requests

Requests are stored in our protected booking database and business email. Vehicle photos are stored with your request in the database and are available through the private owner dashboard; they are not published in a public gallery. We keep information as needed to handle quotes, provide services and maintain business records. Database backups on this server are scheduled daily and older snapshots are removed after approximately two weeks. To request a correction or removal of your information, contact us. We will review the request and any records we need to retain.
